Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition immediately to the clinical team.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain US work authorization.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.
- CPR/BLS certification and ACLS preferred.
