Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions closely to detect changes and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Provide patient education to families and patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to patient inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the care process.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required in the United States.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, TN, Green Card) or currently holding a valid US work visa.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
- BSN preferred, but Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered with relevant experience.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication management, and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
