Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Utilize advanced EHR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Mentor junior nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and hospital protocols for patient safety
- Conduct patient assessments and administer medications with precision
- Lead emergency response protocols in high-acuity settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international degree
- Active RN license or eligibility for licensure by endorsement in Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in specialty area
- English proficiency proven by IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Documentation of educational credentials evaluation by CES or CGFNS
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening and health assessments
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
