Your Role:
As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of medical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the department.
- Equipment Management: Utilize provided medical equipment effectively and ensure proper maintenance and sanitization.
Qualifications
- License: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain via sponsorship).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for Visa sponsorship (H1B, EB-3, or TN status) or already possess a valid work visa.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and strong critical thinking skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
