Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications according to physician orders.
- Assess patient conditions and document detailed medical histories, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the United States (or eligible to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Willingness and ability to support Visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or Green Card).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-volume department.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
