Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist with triage procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN license in the United States (or equivalent foreign credential).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligible for or willing to undergo visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
