Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor patient conditions and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Current RN license in the United States or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (H1-B or TN visa categories)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
