Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor health status continuously.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Document patient care activities, observations, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the care team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Provide comprehensive patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Previous clinical nursing experience (preferred for visa sponsorship applicants).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship (H1B, J1, or O1).
