Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under supervision during clinical rotations
- Participate in 40-hour/week paid training curriculum
- Complete clinical rotations in ER, ICU, and Med-Surg departments
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete NCLEX readiness modules and practice exams
Qualifications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or foreign equivalent)
- Active nursing license (or eligible for US licensure)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEFL 100+)
- Valid passport and immigration eligibility
- CPR/BLS certification (or obtainable during training)
- Commitment to 2-year employment post-training
