Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and post-care instructions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or equivalent foreign qualification).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility for or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H-1B, H-1B2, etc.).
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
