Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions continuously, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health management and discharge instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment by adhering to all safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign license with passing CGFNS/NCLEX).
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Proof of eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, H-2B, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
