Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans via telehealth platforms
- Deliver remote nursing interventions and medication management for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with on-site providers and specialists to coordinate seamless care delivery
- Document patient encounters accurately in our electronic health record system
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Alaska (or willingness to obtain sponsorship)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for advanced roles)
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required for specialty positions
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with culturally diverse patient populations preferred
