Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs and physician orders.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborative Care: Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions as needed.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Infection Control: Implement and enforce strict infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Visa Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible for H-1B, J-1, or Green Card sponsorship.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by patient demand.
