Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across multiple specialties including ER, ICU, and medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (foreign credentials evaluated)
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for Minnesota licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or equivalent)
- English proficiency verified through TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent
