Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in acute/specialized units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records with precision
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
- Mentor new nursing staff as needed
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credentials)
- Active RN license in Indiana or eligible
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL scores required)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check
- Commitment to 2-year employment contract
