Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation in the electronic health record system.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and a willingness to undergo visa sponsorship verification processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
