Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment event execution including venue setup, candidate flow management, and post-event follow-up
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates for weekly-pay positions in warehouse, medical, and customer service roles
- Facilitate on-site interviews and hiring decisions with employer partners
- Implement digital and community outreach strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and hiring metrics using ATS platforms
- Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Ensure compliance with EEOC guidelines and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, event coordination, or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring processes in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during event weeks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
