Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging digital platforms and industry events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and position requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech or corporate environments
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline development
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, event-driven recruitment scenarios
- SHRM or CPHR certification preferred
