Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekly hiring events in San Diego and Virginia markets
- Source and screen candidates for diverse industries with weekly pay structures
- Conduct on-site interviews and assessments during hiring events
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with role requirements
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, technology, and attendee flow
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and hiring metrics
- Develop recruitment marketing materials for event promotion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with high-volume hiring events
- Proven track record placing 100+ candidates annually
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for event coverage
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
