Responsibilities

  • Technical Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities to identify and engage high-quality candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
  • SEO Optimization: Research and implement SEO strategies to improve the ranking of our job postings and company profile on search engines (Google, Bing) and job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter).
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens, review technical resumes, and assess candidate skills against specific job requirements to ensure a perfect match.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday) with accurate candidate data, notes, and interview feedback.

Qualifications
