Responsibilities
- Technical Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities to identify and engage high-quality candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- SEO Optimization: Research and implement SEO strategies to improve the ranking of our job postings and company profile on search engines (Google, Bing) and job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter).
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens, review technical resumes, and assess candidate skills against specific job requirements to ensure a perfect match.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday) with accurate candidate data, notes, and interview feedback.
- Outreach: Draft compelling cold outreach emails and messages to passive candidates to spark interest in open positions.
- Reporting: Track key recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant-to-interview ratios, and provide weekly insights to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization for job boards.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical terminology is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse candidates.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Albuquerque, NM.
