Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Provide a superior candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
