Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify high-quality talent in Oklahoma City and beyond.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high productivity.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Oklahoma City, OK.
