Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct professional phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules and logistics for hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to optimize job descriptions and improve time-to-hire metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or a related HR function (Part-time experience is welcome).
