Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry-specific job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong research skills and ability to find passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
