Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various engineering and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates in the Atlanta area and beyond.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide market feedback and salary insights to support compensation planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the Atlanta metro area.
- Proven experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, DevOps).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
