Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting, from building talent pipelines to closing offers. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and fill critical roles in our client base.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, QA, and IT Support.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and Boolean search strategies to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed feedback and market insights.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and negotiate offer terms.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) to optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
- Strong understanding of the IT/software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive self-starter with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
