Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from pipeline generation to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple job descriptions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours while meeting strict deadlines.
