Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support).
- Screening: Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build job descriptions.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at local job fairs and networking events in the Columbus area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition.
- Skill Set: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and programming languages.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
