Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates in the Austin tech market.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process coordination, including scheduling and feedback collection.
- Provide market insights and feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate availability and salary expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in software development, engineering, or IT.
- Proven track record of successful direct hire placements within the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical job titles, skills, and the local Austin tech ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
