Responsibilities

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance with 7-day pay cycles
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized job postings across niche tech platforms and job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for weekly-pay placements
- Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments using structured evaluation frameworks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through technical community engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in weekly-pay staffing models
- Expertise in SEO optimization for job postings and candidate sourcing channels
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking metrics
- Strong understanding of San Diego's tech ecosystem and in-demand technical skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements clearly
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strict weekly placement deadlines
- Experience organizing virtual hiring events and candidate assessment workshops
