Responsibilities
- Manage Hiring Event Logistics: Coordinate and execute on-site and virtual Hiring Events, managing schedules, materials, and candidate flow.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Interview Management: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews during the hiring event, assessing candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous supply of candidates for future openings.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
- Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly recruitment metrics and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Hiring Event Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing or participating in recruitment Hiring Events.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search techniques.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Candidates in California or Fort Worth, TX are strongly encouraged to apply).
