As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and play a crucial role in helping us build a world-class workforce. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to identify and screen qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on potential hiring sources and industry trends to expand our talent pool.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and online recruitment tools.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our San Francisco, CA office.
