Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes for tech professionals (housing, schools, logistics)
- Develop personalized relocation plans utilizing Durham's tech resources and networking opportunities
- Conduct virtual and in-person orientation sessions covering local tech communities
- Partner with local startups and tech firms to create relocation welcome packages
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Act as primary liaison between relocating employees and service providers
- Utilize CRM systems to manage relocation documentation and communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR tech, or talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Durham's tech ecosystem (Research Triangle Park, startups, accelerators)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Strong network of local housing, education, and community resources
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
