Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming residents
- Provide personalized neighborhood tours and housing guidance
- Facilitate school enrollment and community resource connections
- Manage relocation documentation and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain partnerships with local service providers
- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Assist with virtual consultations for remote clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relocation or customer service experience
- Extensive knowledge of Oakland neighborhoods and amenities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveDesk)
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin proficiency highly preferred
- Background check and clear driving record required
