Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals
- Partner with housing specialists to secure temporary/permanent residences
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Conduct neighborhood tours and resource orientation sessions
- Collaborate with HR partners to align relocation timelines
- Maintain detailed client documentation in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation coordination or customer success roles
- Deep knowledge of Austin neighborhoods and resources
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSmart)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
