Responsibilities
- Coordinate full relocation logistics for incoming residents (housing, schools, utilities)
- Conduct virtual neighborhood tours and area orientation sessions
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting
- Build partnerships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide cultural adaptation resources for international clients
- Track client satisfaction metrics and service improvements
- Maintain confidential relocation documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in relocation, real estate, or customer service roles
- Deep knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Urban Studies, or related field
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends required)
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills a plus
