Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setups
- Provide personalized relocation consultations and resource guidance to clients
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with relocation policies
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Assist with temporary housing arrangements and move-in coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TRC)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Knowledge of St. Petersburg area resources and neighborhoods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
