Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service requests efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved cases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
