Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Tulsa facility, ensuring seamless logistics workflows and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, coordinators, and warehouse staff to foster a culture of high performance.
- Optimize supply chain processes by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage budgets for operations, labor costs, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams and achieving operational targets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
