Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching inventory with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent loss and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain our high service standards.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
