As an Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily activities, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, managing a diverse team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery and maximum efficiency across all departments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and support staff to achieve departmental KPIs and boost morale.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement strategic solutions to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate closely with procurement teams, and ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with third-party logistics providers and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in a fast-paced distribution center or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements in a dynamic setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
