Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to maximize productivity.
- Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance and operational costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
