Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training and certification provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
- Open to visa sponsorship and transferable work experience.
