Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics workflows to ensure seamless execution and minimal downtime.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic process improvements.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all departments.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or logistics.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.
