Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Virginia Beach facility to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
