Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management and shipping logistics.

- Develop and monitor operational budgets, controlling costs while maximizing productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proven experience managing budgets and forecasting financial needs.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
