Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and optimize end-to-end operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions to reduce operational costs while maintaining high service quality.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational plans that align with the company’s long-term goals and growth objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with supply chain partners and vendors to optimize inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
