Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage a diverse team of coordinators, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational metrics, including KPIs and performance reports, to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards.
- Develop and manage the annual operations budget and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or work overtime as needed.
