Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 12-15 associates with real-time performance monitoring
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols for overnight shifts
- Optimize inventory management systems with WMS software proficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift operational reviews
- Collaborate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance responses
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and advanced equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
