Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Conduct accurate cycle counts and verify stock levels against warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure timely order processing.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (WMS) is a plus.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
